3 pints Cherry tomatoes 3 tablespoons Butter 1 tablespoon Dried basil -or- 3 tablespoons Fresh Basil; Chopped
Rinse, stem and pat dry tomatoes. In a large skillet, melt butter overmedium heat. Add basil. Cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes andcook, tossing them, for 5 minutes or heated through.
